തൃശ്ശൂര്: ഗുരുതര രോഗങ്ങള് ബാധിച്ചവര്ക്കാവശ്യമായ മരുന്നുകള് വീട്ടില് എത്തിച്ചു നല്കുന്ന സംവിധാനം ഒരുക്കി കേരള പോലീസ്. ഈ സംവിധാനം പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്താന് 112 എന്ന നമ്പരില് പോലീസിനെ ബന്ധപ്പെടാം. രോഗിയുടെ പേരും വിലാസവും ഫോണ് നമ്പരും പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷന്റെ പേരും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ഭദ്രമായി പൊതിഞ്ഞ പായ്ക്കറ്റ് പോലീസ് ശേഖരിച്ച ശേഷം നോഡല് ഓഫീസറെ വിവരം അറിയിക്കും.
പ്രത്യേക വാഹനത്തിലോ ഹൈവേ പട്രോള് വാഹനങ്ങളിലോ മരുന്നുകള് നിര്ദ്ദിഷ്ടസ്ഥലത്ത് എത്തിക്കാന് ആവശ്യമായ നിര്ദ്ദേശം നോഡല് ഓഫീസര് നല്കും.ഇതിനായി ഹൈവേ പട്രോള് വാഹനങ്ങളുള്പ്പെടെ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തും കൊച്ചിയിലും പ്രത്യേക വാഹനസൗകര്യം ഏര്പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പിണറായി വിജയന് ഫേസ്ബുക്ക് പോസ്റ്റിലൂടെയാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം അറിയിച്ചത്.

തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് മെഡിക്കല് കോളേജും, കൊച്ചിയിലെ സെന്ട്രല് പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനുകളും മരുന്നുകള് ശേഖരിക്കാനുള്ള കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളായി പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കും. ഡോക്ടര്മാര്ക്കും ആശുപത്രി അധികൃതര്ക്കും ബന്ധുക്കള്ക്കും ഈ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളില് മരുന്ന് എത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യാം. ജില്ലയ്ക്ക് അകത്താണ് മരുന്നുകള് എത്തിക്കേണ്ടതെങ്കില് അവ ശേഖരിച്ച് ജനമൈത്രി പോലീസ് വഴി നല്കേണ്ട ചുമതല അതത് ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് മേധാവിമാരെ ഏല്പ്പിച്ചു. മരുന്നുകള് മാറിപ്പോകാതിരിക്കാനും കൃത്യമായ മേല്വിലാസത്തില്ത്തന്നെ എത്തിച്ചുനല്കാനും അതീവശ്രദ്ധ പുലര്ത്തണമെന്ന നിര്ദേശം പോലീസിനു നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
Kerala police has made an arrangement to deliver medicines for people with critical illnesses. You can contact the number, 112, to avail this facility. Police will collect medicines that are securely packed and containing the details of the patient including his name, address, phone number, and the name of the police station. Then they will pass the information to the nodal officer in charge. Nodal officer will provide directions to take the medicines to the patient by a specially allocated vehicle or any vehicle of the highway patrol. Special vehicle arrangements have been made for this at Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram.
Thiruvananthapuram medical college and the central police stations in Kochi will be used as the collection centers in the respective cities. Doctors, hospital authorities, and family members can directly bring medicines to these centers. If the medicines have to be delivered in the interiors of the district, the district police heads will assign that duty to janamaithri police. Police have been given strict directions to deliver the medicines to the right addresses without any mistake.
