സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഉപരിപഠനത്തിന് കൂടുതല്‍ അവസരങ്ങള്‍ തുറന്നിട്ട് സര്‍വകലാശാലകള്‍; പുതിയ കോഴ്‌സുകള്‍ക്ക് അനുമതിയായി, നിലവിലുള്ള കോഴ്സുകളില്‍ സീറ്റും വര്‍ധിപ്പിച്ചു

തിരുവനന്തപുരം: ഈ അദ്ധ്യയനവര്‍ഷം മുതല്‍ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ വിവിധ കോളേജുകളില്‍ പുതിയ കോഴ്സുകള്‍ക്ക് അനുമതിയായി. ഉന്നതവിദ്യാഭ്യാസമന്ത്രി കെടി ജലീല്‍ ഫേസ്ബുക്ക് പോസ്റ്റിലാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം അറിയിച്ചത്.

പുതിയ കോഴ്‌സുകള്‍ക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കിയ ഇന്‍സ്‌പെക്ഷന്‍ ടീം കണ്ടെത്തിയ എല്ലാ സ്വാശ്രയ കോളേജുകളിലും ഓരോ കോഴ്‌സുകള്‍ വീതം 2019-20 അക്കാദമിക്ക് വര്‍ഷം തന്നെ തുടങ്ങാന്‍ അനുവാദം നല്‍കിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള ഉന്നത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിന്റെ ഉത്തരവ് ഇന്ന് പുറത്തിറങ്ങി.

ഗവണ്‍മെന്റ്, എയ്ഡഡ് കോളേജുകളിലെ നിലവിലുള്ള കോഴ്‌സുകളിലെ സീറ്റുകള്‍ക്ക് 20% മാര്‍ജിനല്‍ വര്‍ധനവും അതോടൊപ്പം സ്വാശ്രയ ആര്‍ട്‌സ് ആന്റ് സയന്‍സ് കോളേജുകളില്‍ പോസ്റ്റ് ഗ്രാജ്വേഷന്‍ സയന്‍സ് വിഷയങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പഠിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുന്ന വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികളുടെ എണ്ണം ഇരുപതായും ആര്‍ട്‌സ് ആന്റ് കൊമേഴ്‌സ് വിഷയങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് 25 ആയും ഡിഗ്രി തലത്തില്‍ സയന്‍സ് വിഷയങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് നാല്‍പതും ആര്‍ട്‌സ് ആന്റ് കൊമേഴ്‌സ് വിഷയങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അറുപതായും വര്‍ധിപ്പിച്ച് കൊണ്ടുള്ള ഉത്തരവും പുറത്തിറങ്ങി.

ഗവണ്‍മെന്റ്, എയ്ഡഡ്, സ്വാശ്രയ കോളേജുകളില്‍ SC/ST ക്വോട്ട നികന്നിട്ടില്ലെങ്കില്‍ OEC/OBC/General ക്യാറ്റഗറിയില്‍ ഉള്ള അപേക്ഷകര്‍ക്ക് ഒഴിവുവരുന്ന അത്തരം സീറ്റുകള്‍ നല്‍കാന്‍ സ്ഥാപന മേധാവികള്‍ക്ക് അനുവാദം നല്‍കിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള വിജ്ഞാപനവും പുറത്തിറങ്ങി. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സംവരണ വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലെ വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ ഇല്ലെങ്കില്‍ കോഴ്‌സ് കാലയളവ് മുഴുവന്‍ പ്രസ്തുത സീറ്റുകള്‍ ഒഴിച്ചിടേണ്ട അവസ്ഥക്കാണ് ഇതോടെ അറുതിയാവുന്നത്.

നിയമസഭയില്‍ പറഞ്ഞ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ കാലവിളംബരം കൂടാതെ നടപ്പിലാക്കാനായതില്‍ ഏറെ സന്തോഷമുണ്ട്. നൂറു കണക്കിന് വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികളുടെ ഉന്നത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മോഹങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ചിറകുകള്‍ നല്‍കാന്‍ ഈ ഉത്തരവുകളിലൂടെ സാധിക്കും.

കോളേജുകളില്‍ അനുവദിച്ച പുതിയ കോഴ്‌സുകളുടെ ഇന്‍ടേക്ക് അതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ ഉത്തരവിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാക്കാമെന്ന് യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റികള്‍ക്ക് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. വിജ്ഞാപനത്തില്‍ പ്രത്യേകം അത് പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുമുണ്ട്. സര്‍വകലാശാലകള്‍ പരിശോധിച്ച് സൗകര്യം ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തി ശുപാര്‍ശ ചെയ്ത എല്ലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ക്കും കോഴ്‌സുകള്‍ അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ആരോടും ഒരു വിവേചനവും സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ കാണിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.
